The Official Gazette No. 216 dated 15.09.2016 issued the M.D. July 19th 2016 that regulates the modality of disbursement of investments to road transport companies for the year 2016 and the M.D. protocol No. 111 dated September 7 2016 on the directives related to its fulfillment.
The available incentive resources, 25 million euros, are dedicated to third party road transport companies to renovate and upgrade the technology of their vehicles, and to initiatives of networking, as specified in the decree.
Such amounts are subject to availability for each investment area; if, due to no available resources left, the amounts cannot cover the overall number of companies elected to benefit from the incentives, a managerial decree will be issued to proportionally redistribute the amounts among the companies.
